2. How does Poshora work?
Easy! Use our app/ website to find the person you need to get the job done! You put in your location and desired service, and we connect you to the relevant service providers closest to you. Choose the SP you want, based on their ratings and pre-set service charges, and we will help you book and schedule the job, and ensure the SP arrives at the right location, following health and safety protocols. Our Customer Service agents are there to remotely monitor job status till completion, and support you during any time.

Poshora Service Providers are skilled workers currently engaged in workshops, entrepreneurs with their own shops, or are freelancers who are skilled in their industry and have a portfolio of work to show. You can choose the Service Provider you want for your job, based on their reviews and ratings. We do our best to be an inclusive platform - and we always aim to improve our services.

8. How service complaints are handled?
The "Poshora" service platform has the facility of instant assistance of a call center representative to ensure the convenience of the service provider as well as the customer. You can share any of your comments or complaints with the "Poshora" call center representative and any complaints you have will be resolved as quickly as possible.
9. Is it possible to create personal service profile (for multiple skills) here?
Yes. Multiple profiles can be given in the service category for multiple skills.
