1.  Why do we need AC Servicing?

Regular AC servicing saves up to 25% on electricity bill and it increases the longevity of your Air Conditioner, and . Regular AC servicing today saves your money from future repairing expenses.

2. How frequently do we need AC Servicing?

Split Air Conditioners should be serviced every 3 months, to avoid problems with cooling, water leakage and other issues that decreases the efficiency of AC Unit. 

3. How long will AC Servicing take?

AC servicing will take 1 to 2 hours depending on type of AC, service needs, and its indoor or outdoor location.

4. Do you offer any Warranty or Guarantee after Servicing?

Poshora offers seven days warranty on repair services only. We do not offer any warranty on Servicing, Gas Charging, Installation and Uninstallation Services. If you have taken any products/parts from the AC technician, please make sure you to ask for the products/parts bill and warranty proof from them. Poshora is not liable for purchase of any products/parts warranty.

5. How do I make the payment?

You can pay online through Bkash, Rocket, Nagad, and/or Bank payment through cards. Cash after service is also available. 

6. Should I directly pay the technician after service? 

We strongly encourage making the payment online through Poshora after service to ensure transparency and traceability of your service completion and payment. Directly paying the technician is also an option. Please ask for the invoice from the technician after payment. 

7. Do I have to pay AC repairing charge if I change my mind about taking the AC service? 

No – we only charge if you decide to take the service with Poshora. If our technician completes the initial assessment and you change your mind about proceeding with the service, we request that you provide the conveyance charge (usually BDT 100 – 200) to the technician for their visit, if you choose to do so. 

8. Do I need to pay in advance before the assigned job is done?

Not at all. You will pay only after your job is completed to your satisfaction.

9. Do you provide AC repair service at office or factories? 

Yes. We provide AC repair services at your workplace – be it office, factories, restaurants or other places of business establishment.
