1. What is the price range of Pest Control and Disinfection service? 

Poshora provides an estimate after conducting an initial assessment with our Service Providers at your location. We collect the basic details over a phone call to give you an estimated range, and then confirm the pricing only after our Service Provider visits and includes your preferences at your location at the initial assessment. 

2. What chemicals are used during Pest Control and Disinfection service? 

Poshora’s Pest Control and Disinfection Service Providers use their own chemical mixtures and products, based on market availability and your requirements. Please inform Poshora at the time of booking if the treatment area is used by people of vulnerable-age or medical status groups (children, elderly, pregnant, or medical complications) or pets (dogs, cats, birds, fish/ reptiles, etc) so that our Service Providers can take the necessary precautions and use the right products, to avoid any harm around the treatment area. 

3. Does Poshora provide the Pest Control and Disinfection materials? 

Poshora’s Service Providers use their own solutions and products. If you have a preferred product, we request you to either provide the product, or purchase through the Service Provider. Please note that Poshora does not provide any solutions or products. Any purchases of material or products are not bourne by Poshora – ensure the receipt from the Service Provider.

5. How do I make the payment?

You can pay online through Bkash, Rocket, Nagad, and/or Bank payment through cards. Cash after service is also available. 

6. Should I directly pay the Service Provider after service? 

We strongly encourage making the payment online through Poshora after service to ensure transparency and traceability of your service completion and payment. Directly paying the Service Provider is also an option. Please ask for the invoice from the Service Provider after payment. 

7. Do I have to pay if I cancel my Pest Control and Disinfection service booking? 

No – we only charge if you decide to take the service with Poshora. If our service provider completes the initial assessment and you change your mind, or if you decide to cancel your service after the Service Provider arrives at the pre-agreed scheduled time, we request that you provide the conveyance charge (usually BDT 100 – 200) to the service provider for their visit.

8. Do I need to pay in advance before the assigned job is done?

Not at all. You will pay only after your job is completed to your satisfaction.
