1. Does service charge including accessories cost?

No. Service charge does not include additional accessories cost

2. Do you give Materials/Parts warranty

No. We do not manufacture electrical appliances by ourselves. So, the warranty differs as per manufacturer. However, we give you 7 days of free service warranty. Poshora is not liable for purchase of any products/parts warranty

3. When Transportation cost is applicable?

If the service provider has to purchase materials from outside during task completion only then transportation cost is applicable.

4. How do I make the payment?

You can pay online through Bkash, Rocket, Nagad, and/or Bank payment through cards. Cash after service is also available. 

5. Should I directly pay the technician after service? 

We strongly encourage making the payment online through Poshora after service to ensure transparency and traceability of your service completion and payment. Directly paying the technician is also an option. Please ask for the invoice from the technician after payment. 

6. Do I have to pay Service charge if i change my mind about taking the Electrical service? 

No – we only charge if you decide to take the service with Poshora. If our technician completes the initial assessment and you change your mind about proceeding with the service, we request that you provide the conveyance charge (usually BDT 100 – 200) to the technician for their visit, if you choose to do so. 

7. Do I need to pay in advance before the assigned job is done?

Not at all. You will pay only after your job is completed to your satisfaction.

8. Do you provide Electrical service at office or factories? 

Yes. We provide electrical services at your workplace – be it office, factories, restaurants or other places of business establishment.
